A Winters Tale

Mr Jack Frost has shown his ugly head
He seems to appear after we’ve gone to bed
In the morning the fields are white and crisp
It is not snow, that’s soft and warm
No its Mr Frost come to perform

Watch your step when you go out
Specially when Jack has been about
You don’t want to slip n slide
And then end up on your side

When the frost begins to melt
You then remember how you felt
The morning you woke and found the scene
Of the ground so white, crisp and serene.

Heavy Frost

There was a heavy frost last night so this morning was a lovely white crisp garden, I let the dogs out to have a play and they thought it was great.

If anyone is wondering what Deepha has on her head it is called a Calming Band it is not tight and she dosen't wear it all the time it has many uses but at the moment I am hoping it will reduce her assessive barking, (Watch this space)

Winter Winds

For the last few days the wind has increased and is getting very strong the rain is on and off just as if you have a switch and are controlling it yourself, but it rains when you don't won't.
It is really bitter cold has been for the last few days I think I should get my thermols out (I would if I had any) must put them on the shopping list along with thermol socks, nothing worse than cold feet.
Kobra and Deepha like the comfort of the log fire, as do John and myself.
Went to a training night at Goosnargh last thursday Kobra was a good boy stood lovely for the trainer.
Going to a christmas party on thursday at one of my ring craft clubs in Blackpool I am sure Kobra will enjoy it.
